Fort Lupton Development Code
An update to the Fort Lupton Development Code has been adopted by the Fort Lupton City Council and is effective as of July 16, 2022. The intent of the Development Code is to be a clear and functional document that can be used by the general public, developers, city staff, and elected officials as a key component for the City to continue implementing our recent Comprehensive Plan (Adopted May 2018), Picture Fort Lupton.
