This year, it is our honor to dedicate the field to our First Responders. The Fort Lupton Field of Honor® display is a gift to the area made possible through donations, sponsorships and the efforts of many dedicated volunteers. You can show your support and gratitude by sponsoring a flag, making a donation or doing both. Programs of the Fort Lupton Senior Center will benefit from funds raised through the Field of Honor®. Our beneficiary partners are Badge2Badge and Foundation1023; these outstanding organizations focus on the mental health and wellness of Colorado’s First Responders. They provide free counseling, suicide prevention and more to our first responders. The formal ceremony will be held on November 13th at 1 pm.     • Near the Port of Entry north of WCR 28 - improvements to weigh-in-motion technology Intermittent lane closures are expected Monday - Friday from 8 am to 4 pm between WCR 28 and WCR 30.
    • 9th Street is closed for a reconstruction project from Nothrup east to CR 31.

Staff will start stirring the apples early in the morning preparing for the home-made apple butter to share. We will then enjoy a soup lunch made by several of the Senior Advisory Committee members (and a few other volunteers). We will have the apple butter along with bake sale items for sale so please share your baking talents and donate an item or two for the bake sale. It’s fun to share the goodies! All proceeds will go to our Senior Advisory Committee which in turn supports our Active Adult programs and other special events for our Seniors. Bingo games to follow lunch so bring some dimes/quarters. Registration is required.

Celebrating our freedom is pretty awesome in Fort Lupton with the regions only Ninja Warrior Course (cash prizes offered!); water slides, bounce house obstacle course, bouncy boxing arena, tractor people mover, face painting, food trucks, humongous shaved ice cones, and a live concert with Kimi Most to top off the night. Fort Lupton Recreation Center:   

  • Recreation Center will be closed on Sunday, July 4th and Monday, July 5th in observance of Independence Day.
  • No Reservations Needed: We are no longer taking reservations. Guests can come as they please.

All kiddos need to be registered BEFORE the August parent meeting.
