Regular Members – 2 openings These openings are for three-year terms
The Board is looking for professionals in the fields of architecture, archeology, history, law, real estate, geography, or education; however, anyone with an interest in historic preservation may apply. Interested applicants that live outside the City of Fort Lupton are welcome to apply.
The Board meets on the first Thursday of each month at 6:00 PM as needed.

Regular Member - 1 opening This opening is for a three-year term.
Alternate Member – 1 opening the alternate should be able to attend all meetings of the Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment and be prepared to serve if a regular member is absent. This opening is for a three-year term.
The Planning Commission is responsible for providing recommendations to City Council related to zoning, land use, and development projects, as well as administering the City's comprehensive plan. The Board of Adjustment hears and decides variance requests related to the City's zoning code.
The Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment meets at 6:00 PM on the second and fourth Thursdays of the month, as needed

Business Representative – 1 opening To qualify for this opening, you must own and operate a business and reside in the City of Fort Lupton. This opening is for a five-year term.
Alternate Member – 1 opening To qualify as an alternate, you must either own and operate a business and reside in the City, or be a resident of the City. The alternate should plan to attend all meetings of the Authority, and be prepared to serve in place of an absent regular member. This opening is for a term expiring on March 5, 2023.
The Authority is the redevelopment agency for the City of Fort Lupton and was formed to promote redevelopment and reinvestment within the City and to create a thriving community that is economically diverse.
FLURA meets on the third Thursday of each month at 6:00 PM.
